Cutting issues: Inaccurate cuts or lags during cutting may be caused by a damaged or improperly installed cutting tool. Solutions include replacing the cutting tool or repositioning the tool.

Poor terminal crimp: A weak or uneven terminal crimp may be caused by a damaged or improperly adjusted crimp mechanism. The crimping mechanism needs to be inspected, mechanical parts cleaned and lubricated, and pressure and position adjusted according to terminal specifications.

Electrical failure: Failure of electrical components may cause the terminal machine to fail to start or operate properly. Check power lines, switches, fuses and connectors to ensure the electrical system is functioning properly and replace damaged parts promptly.

Terminal supply problems: If the terminal supply is poor or unstable, it may be caused by a clogged, improperly adjusted, or damaged supply device. It is necessary to clean the terminal supply device, check the supply wheel and transmission components, and adjust the supply speed and tension.

Mechanical structure problems: Damage or looseness of the terminal's mechanical structure may cause the terminal processing to be unstable or impossible to complete. Regularly inspect and maintain the mechanical structure, tighten bolts, clean and lubricate moving parts to ensure that the mechanical structure is stable and reliable.

Automation system failure: If the terminal machine is equipped with an automation control system, problems such as sensor failure, PLC failure or program errors may occur. Diagnosis and repairs need to be made based on fault codes or alarm messages, which may require resetting or replacing parts of the automation system.

For the above faults, it is important to regularly inspect and maintain the terminal machine to ensure the normal operation and performance of each component, and to discover and solve problems in a timely manner to ensure production efficiency and product quality. If necessary, it is recommended that experienced technicians perform repairs and adjustments to ensure the normal operation of the terminal machine.
