1、 Thermal deformation of machines

The moving parts with different thermal expansion coefficients in hydraulic components are stuck and the accuracy is reduced. Drivers that cause malfunctions and affect the hydraulic system.

2、 Reduce the viscosity of oil

Excessive temperature in the injection molding machine can lead to a decrease in viscosity of the oil, increased leakage, pumping efficiency, and overall system efficiency. When the strength of the oil decreases, the oil film of moving parts such as the bone valve thins and cuts off, increasing frictional resistance and leading to increased wear.

3、 Deform the rubber sealing ring

If the temperature of the injection molding machine is too high, the rubber seal will deform, accelerate aging and failure, and the sealing performance and service life will decrease, leading to leakage.

4、 Accelerated oil oxidation and deterioration

If the temperature of the injection molding machine is too high, it will accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of the oil, precipitate asphalt materials, and reduce the service life of the hydraulic oil. Sediment obstructs the damping holes and narrow valve ports, causing the pressure valve to become stuck and unable to move, causing the metal pipe to elongate, bend, or even rupture.

5、 Causing a decrease in the quality of component work

If the temperature of the injection molding machine is too high, the working quality of the components will decrease, and dissolved air in the oil will escape, leading to cavitation, which will reduce the working performance of the hydraulic system.
