The following are some common faults and solutions for fully automatic tinning machines:
Fault 1: Uneven tinning Solution: Check whether the temperature of the tin furnace is uniform, whether the tin liquid is sufficient, and adjust the tinning time and depth.
Fault 2: Uneven wire stripping Solution: Check whether the wire stripping tool is sharp, and adjust the wire stripping pressure and position.
Fault 3: Unsmooth wire feeding Solution: Clean the wire feeding channel, check whether the wire feeding wheel is worn or has foreign matter, and replace the wire feeding wheel if necessary.
Fault 4: Machine jam or stop running Solution: Check whether there are foreign objects stuck in the mechanical parts, check whether the circuit is loose or faulty, and troubleshoot control system problems.
Fault 5: Oxidation or poor tinning Solution: Ensure the quality of tin, check whether the anti-oxidation measures of the tin furnace are in place, and adjust the process parameters appropriately.
Fault 6: Dimension deviation Solution: Recalibrate the dimensional parameters of the equipment and check whether the relevant sensors are working properly.
Here, I would like to introduce the automatic tinning machine we supply, it's for round sheath double-head tin dipping,
