1. The power switch of the motor and electric heating must be turned off before power transmission.
2. Check whether the circulating cooling water is smooth. When starting and heating the machine, ensure that the valve of the circulating cooling water of the hydraulic oil and the cylinder is open and smooth.
3, the machine is equipped with a centralized lubrication device, before starting the machine, check the amount of oil in the device, before the oil level falls to open the warning line, to refill the lubricating oil, inject oil to the specified oil level.
4, when the machine starts, first use the point start (that is, press the motor start button, the motor starts, and then disconnect, 1-2 seconds later, and then repeat the point start and disconnect 3 to 4 times. When the oil pump and the motor turn, listen to the abnormal noise, and stop the operation immediately if there is abnormal noise.
5, check the parameters of the machine in operation, first put the machine in the manual state, press the relevant button, visual pressure gauge, you can predict the pressure of each section, when the electric heating is not heated to the set value (normal operation temperature), remember not to start the hydraulic motor, operation feeding, injection, ejectivity and other actions, otherwise it may lead to machine failure or damage.
6, the first two closing buttons (left, right each, green) must be operated with both hands at the same time, it is strictly prohibited to one-handed operation: (that is, to press one of the buttons with the object fixed first, so that the button is in the conduction state, and then only use the other button to operate the mode lock, which will cause broken hands.)
7. In checking and adjusting the functional parameters of the injection molding machine, the power supply of the motor and oil pump should be turned off as far as possible. If it is unavoidable, special care should be taken. It is strictly forbidden to operate the keys on the control board of the machine with one hand, while the other hand does any work or touches any moving parts on the machine within the scope of the locking mold area. It is absolutely forbidden for two people to operate a machine: (that is, one person operates the keys on the control board of the machine, while the other person operates or touches the moving parts within the scope of the locking mold area)
8, operation of horizontal injection molding machine: when the safety door is opened, it must be confirmed that the stop block can automatically fall in the mold stop position, do not move the bumper. Stop block or bumper cover, when the machine in the mold stop and not to the termination position, the mechanical safety device is not effective, to understand its critical.
9, check the safe operation of the machine: the machine is in the manual state, press the opening button, let the machine completely open the mold to the termination position, then observe whether the machine open the mold termination position is in the set position, if the opening mold exceeds the set termination position, the mechanical failure, the machine can not work;
10, in the inspection of the machine or do any work on the machine, before touching any moving parts, pressure electrical parts, be sure to remember the problem of safe operation, be sure to cut off the power supply of the oil pump motor to ensure safety.
11, when the nozzle (nozzle) is advancing (falling), do not remove the nozzle (nozzle) salivating resin with bare hands should stop the injection molding, and use iron pliers (clamp) to remove the tool, not to operate directly with your hand.
12, shutdown In the completion of work or when a sudden power failure, for the sake of safety and protection of electrical equipment, the power switch should be disconnected.
