1. Circuit reasons. Circuit faults, whether in the startup part or the blade control part of the wire stripping machine, can cause the wire stripping machine to not drop the blade. Of course, the visitor's inquiry about not dropping the blade indicates that the machine has started, so it should still be the electrical circuit part of the blade part that is faulty.
2. Motor cause. Taking our company's 880 computer wire stripping machine as an example, the lifting and falling of the blades are controlled by a motor, so if there is a problem with the motor, the blades will not move.
3. Drive reason. If there is an electric motor, there will naturally be a drive, and of course, there will also be a belt transmission. Therefore, the drive and belt are also factors that affect the wire stripping machine's blade shedding.
4. Sensor cause. After setting the length, the wire stripper needs to sense the condition of the wire harness based on the sensor. When the sensor has problems, the wire stripper will not fall off.
5. Reason for the knife frame. The knife frame is the supporting structure of the blade, which sometimes moves together with the rising and falling of the blade. When the knife frame is stuck, the wire stripping machine blade will not fall off.
