1.According to the process documentation, determine the required cable stripping length and core wire stripping length, adjust the upper/lower (left/right) cutting positions, check whether the compressed air supply is normal, adjust the cylinder airflow, plug in the power supply, and use the foot switch to control the equipment and begin operation.
2.After stripping several pieces, inspect the product length and core wire quality to ensure compliance with the process documentation. After confirming that the products are qualified, start normal continuous production. During wire stripping, hands must not enter the protective cover to avoid machine-related injury.
3.When stopping the machine midway, please unplug the power plug, ensure that personnel leave and the machine is de-energized, so as to prevent others from accidentally stepping on the foot switch and causing crush injuries.
4.If the stripping blade needs to be replaced, the power and air supply must be shut off before replacement.
Maintenance guidelines after use of the coaxial wire stripping machine:
1.Maintenance of the wire stripping blade holder:
(1) When cleaning waste materials after production, if an air gun is used, do not blow air into the machine toward the blade holder section, so as to avoid unpredictable failures.
(2) If there is stubborn debris on the blade, do not remove it with metal objects. Remove it with a rubber stick or toothpick to avoid damaging the blade edge.
(3) Periodically open the rotating head cover, clean off waste oil from the sliding shaft or sliding rod inside the rotating head, and then apply an appropriate amount of grease to ensure machine lubrication, reduce processing noise, and extend the service life of the machine.
2.Maintenance of other parts:
(1) Before starting the machine each time, check whether the machine power supply is correct and whether the parameters in the program are consistent with the current wire material being processed.
(2) If jamming is found during use, stop the machine immediately, restart the power, enter manual mode to inspect the jammed position, and eliminate the hidden hazard.
