There are various reasons for high oil temperature, but they are mostly attributed to oil circuit faults or cooling system failures.

Insufficient oil quantity can cause oil temperature to rise easily and air to dissolve into the oil, affecting the normal operation of the oil quality and hydraulic system. Insufficient oil quantity is usually caused by oil leakage or loss during repair. Therefore, daily attention should be paid to checking for any leaking parts, replacing worn seals as soon as possible, tightening loose joints, etc. After maintenance, the oil quantity in the oil tank should be checked and replenished in a timely manner.

One of the important properties of hydraulic oil is its chemical stability, namely oxidation stability. Oxidation is the most important factor determining the effective service life of hydraulic oil. The insoluble substances generated by oxidation, such as wood tar, oil sludge, and carbon residue, can contaminate the hydraulic system, increase the wear of hydraulic components, reduce various gaps, block small holes, and ultimately cause hydraulic system failures. The oxidation rate of hydraulic oil depends on various factors such as itself and working conditions, among which temperature is one of the main factors. Therefore, it is necessary to use suitable hydraulic oil and regularly check the oxidation degree of the hydraulic oil (judged by the darkening of the oil itself). It is absolutely necessary to actively change the oil after a certain number of working hours.

During the use of the injection molding machine, it is necessary to regularly check the level of pressure oil, the pressure of the oil pump, and the cleanliness of the pressure oil. When encountering humid weather, the concentration of the pressure oil must be checked daily, and the water pipe must also be checked frequently to prevent water from mixing with the pressure oil and causing blockage of the oil filter. Regularly inspect the fuel tank and keep it clean to prevent debris from falling in. Replenish pressure oil on time.

For the lubrication of various moving parts, the tightness of each travel switch, screw, and whether there is oil leakage in each oil pipe and joint, a routine inspection should be conducted once a week to maintain good condition. If there is any looseness, it should be replaced or tightened. In addition, if a pressure oil is used for too long, it can be replaced to extend the service life of the oil pump, oil pump, and sealing ring.
